TRACTOR PURCHASE - BOX STALLS PURCHASE:
As directed by the Committee, Stanley Park Manager Bob Scott obtained
several prices for an industrial tractor on a lease -purchase option
and on a cash basis. The prices ranged from $14,628 to $21,185 with
varying interest rates. The Committee recommends the Yanmar tractor
be purchased for $14,628 on a lease -purchase arrangement provided an
acceptable interest rate can be secured.
Bob Scott also researched several types of box stalls and found the
cost of 24 box stalls ranged from $24,500 to $61,000. $20,500 has
been budgeted for the stalls for 1982. The least expensive stalls
consist of a metal building with a gable roof which extends to about
8' above the ground and the individual stalls make up the side walls.
The Committee recommends approval of purchasing the stalls for $24,500
provided the total Stanley Park budget is not exceeded.

HOSPITAL BYPASS:
The Committee reviewed an appraisal of the properties affected by the
additional right-of-way needed for the hospital bypass and recommends
offers be made to the property owners in accordance with the appraisal.
REPORTS:
January 1982, the first month of electrical usage with most of the
energy saving modifications completed, showed an approximate savings
of $2,200 for the month.

reimbursed for said construction, Lessee shall commence paying
rent as hereinabove provided.
