Hill Town Administrator Estes Park, Colorado 80517 August 23, 1982 Name of the Company Dear The Town of Estes Park is planning a new Community Center Building. If your company is interested, we would like to have a proposal for a study to determine: 1. The most likely facilities to be included in the project, along with size, etc. 2. The exact location. It is our thought the facility would be built in the general location of the Club House on the 18 hole golf course. 3. The economic feasibility for the structure, including cost to build, as well as cost to operate. (A preliminary work program is included). We would like written proposals to be received by the Town no later than September 20, 1982. In addition to other information, we will need your company's fee to do the study. For your information, the company selected to do this study will not be considered to do the design. If you have any questions regarding this study proposal plan, feel free to contact Mr. Richard Widmer, Public Works Director, or myself. DGH:aj Enclosure Sincerely, Dale G. Hill Town Administrator P.
