SIDEWALK SNOW REMOVAL:
As referred by the Board of Trustees in their Town Board meeting
September 13, 1984, a request has been made asking the Town to
remove snow from the merchant's sidewalks (at the property
owner's request) and assessing a fee for this request. In the
past, if snow was not removed by Noon, the Town did so and billed
the property owner for the cost, with a $25.00 minimum.
Following discussion, the Committee recommends Public Works
Director Widmer and Staff review the request with the Town
Attorney and that Director Widmer talk to the downtown merchants
to discuss options available
REPORTS:
The Committee reviewed updated Budget figures for 1985.
Larimer County has graded and also treated Elm Road with dust
suppressant.
