PSC anticipates replacing gas mains in seven (7) streets marked for resurfacing. A construction schedule will be provided to the Town as soon as possible. Staff advised those portions of Big Horn Drive, Virginia Drive, Vista Lane, Fawn Lane, Village Green Lane, Shady Lane and Country Club Drive scheduled for resurfacing will be deleted, resulting in a savings of approximately $42 - 43,000 in this year's project. However; the aforementioned streets will be included in the 1988 Street Improvement Program. In an effort to cooperate with PSC, staff intends to prepare project documents early in 1988. The project contained two (2) parts: Overlay and Seal Coat. Bids for Part I are as follows: Part I - Overlay Flatiron Paving $102,916.00 Best Way Paving $106,803.68 Sterling Paving $109,472.00 Coulson Excavating $ 96,989.00 Don Kehn Construction $ 86,081.20 References were obtained and verified on all firms.
