Plan, Marys Lake Treatment Plant, Pedestrian Bridge, Cascade, and

the Corrosion Control Report, commenting that when this extensive
program begins, the start-up will cause an extremely high amount
of "red water" complaints. The program must be started
times (summer), and Mr. Clausen is preparing
cost -benefit comparison which will analyze the benefits versus
the adverse impacts of start-up. The Corrosion Control Report
will be submitted for consideration during the March Committee
meeting.
