The package of materials shipped by Deck House, Inc. for the con- struction of this house is assembled precisely in accordance with all written instructions provided by Deck House in its Detail and Construction Manual and other pertinent drawings and instructions. 2. The interior partitions are constructed in accordance with the drawings. 3. The floor deck is constructed as shown by detail E/3 (attached). 4. The South facing roof deck is of diaphram construction as shown in detail F/9 (attached). 5. All columns and posts are to have positive connections as shown in details C/3 and F/5 (attached). 6. All sills must be anchored to the foundation with 1/2" diameter anchor bolts as shown in the plans.
