HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES Public Sanitation 1968-02-23r RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS Public Sanitation Committee February 23, 1968 Committee: Chairman Swanson; Trustees Brodie and Grove Attending: Chairman Swanson; Trustees Brodie and Grove Also Attending: Town Clerk Hill The Committee discussed the agreement now in effect between the Town and Lee Parker for the operation of the Town Dump. After considerable discussion the Committee recommends to the Board of Trustees that they amend the Town municipal code to include the following: "No person shall deliver more than one truckload of refuse per day to the Town Dump unless prior approval is made with the Dump Manager." The Committee reviewed the dump permit fees now in effect and recommends the following changes: 1. The condominium rate shall be $5.00 per unit and the manager of the condominium shall be responsible for the payment. 2. The YMCA permit shall be raised from $800.00 to $1,000.00 effective January 1, 1968. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. Dale G.
