RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
PUBLIC SANITATION COMMITTEE
August 22, 1963
Committee: Chairman,Carl Swanson; Members, Richard Snart
and John Ramey.
Attending: Chairman, Carl Swanson
Also Attending: Dale G. Hill, Town Clerk
The Committee recommends the following budget be submitted for
approval for the year 1964:
Dump Permits $6,000.00 Inspection $ 240.00
Street Cleaning 1,400.00
Dump Expenses 10,000.00
Improvements 500.00
$ 12,140.00
The Committee decided to review all dump permits at the next regular
meeting of the Committee.
Pending the approval of the 1964 budget the Committee recommends that
negotiations with Lee Parker in regard to a new Town Dump Contract
begin at once.
The Committee discussed the current National Park Service Dump Contract.
Further study is planned on this contract.
