Hill, Town Clerk, and Dave Cavell This meeting was called for the purpose of discussing the 1964 dump contract with Mr. Cavell. Mr. Gavell stated he would like to bid on the excavation portion of the contract. After considerable discussion, the Committee decided they would not recommend any changes from the decision of the Board of Trustees on December 9, 1963. The Committee informed Mr. Cavell their original recommenda- tion to the Board of Trustees,which was to put the entire dump operation under the supervision and control of Mr. Parker, had come from many months of 4udy of both the operation and the finances and the contractnow awaits the signature of the Mayor was approved by the entire Board of Trustees.
