Hill The Committee recommends the attached wage schedule be placed into effect as of January 1, 1974. The wage schedules are recommended after reviewing staff recommendations along with comparative wages of like workers in surrounding communities. The Committee also took into consideration the increase in the cost of living. The U. S. Civil Service Agreement to do a complete wage and salary study and report is expected in late Spring (May 1974). The Committee will review this report and make recommendations to the Board of Trustees. The Committee adjourned this meeting to November 21, 1973, at 3:00 P.M. to conculde their deliberations. Meeting continued November 21, 1973, all present. The Committee concluded the pay schedules as attached. The Committee requested Trustee Prosser to procede with the selection of a new letterhead design.
