POLICE DISPATCHER’S WAGES:
The Public Safety Committee recommends the Administrative Committee
consider increasing the Police Dispatchers wages $20.00 per month.
The Administrative Committee recommends this request be granted and
that it become effective July 1,1971.
LIGHT &POWER DEPARTMENT:
Light &Power Superintendent Sweetland submitted a request dated April
8,1971,that is attached to and made a part of these proceedings.
The Committee considered the above mentioned request and discussed it
at length.
The following findings were recorded by the Committee:
1.The Superintendent should

3.The amount of salary increase is not realistic in the eyes of
the Committee.The request is excessive.

RULES AND REGUlATIONS:
The Committee discussed employee credit habits as they apply to individual
dealings with merchants.
This problem will be studied and a policy statement will be made in the
near future.
There being no further business,the meeting adjourned.
