This ordinance is necessary due to a new state law which allows unclaimed property to revert to the state in the absence of any local ordinance to the contrary. The ordinance requires the town to publicize any unclaimed property before disposition takes place. The Committee recommends adoption of this Ordinance. There being no further business,Chairman Dannels adjourned the meeting at 2:50 P.M.
