will be audited.Personnel whose job has been selected to be
audited will receive a “Position Questionnaire.”Arthur Young
and Company’s desire is to acquire as much information as possi
ble.The process will take approximately six weeks to complete
at which time Arthur Young and Company will meet with the Commit
tee.
USE OF BOARD ROOM:
Administrator Hill presented a memorandum to the Committee which
discussed public use of the Board Room. The sound recording
system is frequently misused resulting in a maintenance problem.
In order to prevent misuse of the new recording system on order,
the Committee recommends that Board Room use be limited to Town
of Estes Park use and that all other groups and agencies use one
of the other two public rooms.Should a group insist upon use of
the Board Room, the Committee also recommends a charge be made
for a Town of Estes Park employee to operate and manage the room
and all of its equipment.
INFORMATION DESK -LOBBY:
Administrator Hill submitted a memorandum to the Committee which
discussed installing an “Information Desk”in the main lobby of
the Municipal Building. The workload of the Finance Office is
increasing rapidly and an information desk might be one solution
to better serve our citizens. The estimated cost for the equip
ment necessary is $1,550.00.Administrator Hill has been in
contact with Helen Platt regarding the volunteer program.
Another option would be in hiring a full-time person.Pending
further information from Ms.Platt, the Committee recommends
postponing further action at this time.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
