INSURANCE:
As indicated in the Administrative Committee minutes of May 26,1977,
the Town buildings valued at less than $20,000 each shall be dropped
from the Town’s fire and extended coverage insurance.For this purpose
each building at Stanley Park shall be considered a separate building.
The Committee also recommends all heavy equipment be covered only with
property damage and public liability insurance.A schedule indicating
vehicle insurance coverage is attached to these proceedings.All in
surance coverage changes will go into effect on the anniversary date of
the policy on June 27,1977.
The Committee also recommends a cash insurance reserve be established
as follows:
In the first two years a reserve fund shall be established
in an amount equal to the insurance premium reduction as a
result of the reduction in insurance coverage on certain
Town owned buildings and vehicles.

WAGE CLASSIFICATION STUDY:
The Administrative Committee recommends the Town of Estes Park enter
into an agreement with the U.S.Civil Service Commission to review and
update the Town’s wage classification manual.The estimated cost of
the Town’s share of this study is $1,000 —$1,500.
HOLIDAYS WORK -DEPARTMENT SUPERVISORS:
The Committee recommends the third paragraph of item 4 on Page 6 of
the rules and regulations be amended to read as follows:
“Those employees other than Department Supervisors who are
required to work on these holidays will be compensated in
accordance with the provisions of the overtime compensation
section of the personnel rules and regulations.”
HEALTH INSURANCE:
The health insurance section of the rules and regulations shall be
amended to read “The Town of Estes Park will pay the following monthly
amounts to the Colorado Hospital Service towards permanent full time
employees and the Board of Trustees health insurance.”
