PERSONNEL POLICIES:
The Personnel Policies dated October 29,1974,as prepared by the U.S.Civil
Service Commission for the Town of Estes Park,were discussed at length by
the Committee.
Paragraph 2,page 3 “Outside Employment”is amended by adding the following
sentence:
“Prior to accepting outside employment,all employees shall obtain
permission from his or her Department head.”
The Committee recommends the Personnel Policies mentioned and amended
above be adopted and distributed to all employees.A copy of these policies
are attached to and made a part of these proceedings.
EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION:
The forms for performance evaluation were approved by the Committee.
PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT REPORT:
The Committee,as well as,the Board of Trustees have reviewed the Personnel
Management Report prepared by the U.S.Civil Service Commission for the Town
of Estes Park.The Committee recommends the approval and adoption of this
report.
EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION AND PAY PLAN:
The classification and pay plan as recommended by the U.S.Civil Service
Commission is adopted as submitted.This schedule will go into effect as
of January 1,1975.
TAX REFUND:
The Town Administrator reported the completion of the 1973 tax refund for
citizens 65 years of age and over.

Average Refund $19.77
