The property has not been sold. It has been suggested that perhaps the Town of Estes Park should acquire the property for future expansion due to its facilities and central location. The Board of Education of Park District R—3 is contemplating making an intensive effort to sell the present grade school property. Before giving an exclusive listing to an out of town realtor, the Board would like to know whether or not the Town of Estes Park is interested in the purchase of the property. If the Town Board is interested, the Board of Education would appreciate a reply by February 15,1968.
