A letter from the Estes Park Sanitation District dated March 30,1966, requesting consideration in leasing office space in the proposed multi purpose office building was reviewed by the Committee.The Committee recommends they be authorized by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park to negotiate the above mentioned lease. The insurance report from the firm of Walsh,Gill &Smith,Denver,Colorado, was discussed and copies of the report were given to all committee members. This insurance study will be discussed further at the next Committee meeting. The Committee discussed the landscaping plans furnished to the Town of Estes Park by the National Park Service for the two Elkhorn Avenue parking lots. These plans will be reviewed again at the next Committee meeting. There being no further business,the meeting adjourned.
