The benefits of the plan appear to be similar to Blue Cross and Blue Shield. The committee instructed Mr.Duncan and Mr.Hill to make the necessary comparisons of the Prudential plan with Blue Cross-Blue Shield. There being no further business,the meeting adjourned.
