The Committee reviewed the applications filed by architects.
architectual firms were selected for reference check:
W.C.Muchow,and Associates
Harold Carver
Bill Sayre
Phillips-Carter-Osborn
The following
The Town Clerk was instructed to check on certain references selected by
the Public Buildings &Parks Committee.Depending upon the outcome of
the reference check,one of these firms will be recommended to design the
courtroom building.
Committee Chairman Martin reported Mr.Robert Bigler inquired about the
Town leasing its parking lots to a private individual for the purpose of
pay parking lots.The Committee recommends this not be considered at this
time.
Committee Chairman Martin reported Mr.Fred Steffens inquired about the
possibility of the Town selling some Town-owned land adjacent to the Big
Thompson River in the Little Prospect Mountain Addition.After a short
discussion,the Committee recommends this not be considered at this time.
The Committee feels the Town will some day wish to use this land for some
worth-while community project.
