Chamber of Commerce Acting Manager Jim Ranglos presented the following
advertising report to the Committee:
ADVERTISING REPORT TO THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK
APRIL 29, 1980
The figures stated in this report represent those monies that
the Chamber has spent to date, plus monies that the Chamber
proposes to spend this year for advertising. The figure of
$21,000 is short $3,100 that, hopefully, will be held in reserve
in order to use as needed.

Mr. Ranglos stated that the Chamber still has several outstanding debts
but that efforts are being made to cut expenses without sacrificing
service. The 1980 budget has been reduced from over $200,000 to an
expected $126,000. He also commented that they are attempting to con-
solidate all local advertising efforts.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
