DUMP PERMITS:
The Committee reviewed the sanitation land fill costs as 1972 compares
to the 1973 estimates. The Committee recommends the Board of Trustees
adopt the attached dump use fees.
The Committee recommends the Board of Trustees adopt the following
policy:
All trash, both residential and commercial, shall be
placed in plastic sacks by the owner or tenant of the
property. Trash not placed in plastic trash bags will
not be accepted at the Sanitary Land Fill site nor
will Mr. Parker's hauling company pick up any trash
not in plastic bags.
This rule will become effective February 1, 1973.
It is obvious the reason for the above rule is to try
and contain blowing trash in the Estes Park area as
much as possible.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
