The following recommendations to the Board of Trustees were made by the Committee: 1. Add a definition for "floor area" to 17.08: "Floor area is the area included within the surrounding exterior walls of a building, exclusive of courts." 2. Change 17.24.040 to read: "A minimum of six hundred square feet shall be provided for each family dwelling unit." 208 WATER QUALITY PLAN: The Committee reviewed the October 9th report from the Larimer Weld COG regarding the 208 plan, The Committee made no recommenda- tions at this meeting, LANDFILL: A letter dated 10/17/80 from Commissioner Hotchkiss regarding a five year life expectancy for the Estes landfill was reviewed and discussed by the Committee, As stated in this letter, further information will be coming from the Commissioner's office.
