600 SQUARE FOOT MINIMUM MAIN FLOOR AREA REQUIREMENT:
The Committee discussed the 600 square foot minimum floor area
requirement at length.
The following recommendations to the Board of Trustees were made
by the Committee:
1. Add a definition for "floor area" to 17.08: "Floor area
is the area included within the surrounding exterior
walls of a building, exclusive of courts."
2. Change 17.24.040 to read: "A minimum of six hundred
square feet shall be provided for each family dwelling
unit."
208 WATER QUALITY PLAN:
The Committee reviewed the October 9th report from the Larimer
Weld COG regarding the 208 plan, The Committee made no recommenda-
tions at this meeting,
LANDFILL:
A letter dated 10/17/80 from Commissioner Hotchkiss regarding
a five year life expectancy for the Estes landfill was reviewed
and discussed by the Committee, As stated in this letter, further
information will be coming from the Commissioner's office.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned,
