APPLICATION FOR PENSION.
MUIRHEAD, Robert D. - Due to medical reasons, Mr. Muirhead has
submitted his application for pension. Fire Department Secretary
Chrastil confirmed Mr. Muirhead served 15 years, 8 months as a
volunteer fireman, and that all equipment was returned to the
Department. Mr. Muirhead has not reached the minimum age re-
quirement of 50 years of age; therefore, the effective date for
his pension will be November 1, 1993. Fifteen years of service
entitles Mr. Muirhead to 75% of the pension benefit. Treasurer
Vavra moved the application be approved and deferred until
November 1, 1993, including the 75% pension benefit amount. 1st
Assistant Chief Ford seconded the motion and it passed unanimous-
