ELECTION OF OFFICERS:
Member Harry B. Tregent nominated the following officers and moved
they be elected:
President Robert H. Cheney
Treasurer Margaret Houston
Secretary Joan Van Horn
Member Jack Rumley seconded the motion and upon roll call the motion
unanimously carried.
DEATH BENEFIT PAYMENTS:
Member Rumley moved the following death benefit payments be authorized:

Member Tregent seconded the motion and upon roll call the motion unani-
mously carried.
REPORTS:
NEW PENSION LAW - The State will be conducting an actuarial study
of the Estes Park Policemen's and Firemen's Pension Funds in accordance
with the newly enacted law. The study should be completed by September
1st.
FIREMEN'S TRAINING - In order to comply with the 36-hours per year
training program required by law, the Estes Park Volunteer Fire Depart-
ment is conducting monthly training sessions with a State Certified
Training Officer.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
