Absent: None
Clarence Graves moved the application for pension filed by Carl
Hyatt dated January 23, 1965, be approved and become effective as
of February 1, 1965. Robert Dekker seconded the motion. The motion
unanimously carried.
Clarence Graves moved the application for pension filed by Albert
Schwilke dated November 2, 1965, be approved and become effective as of
December 1, 1965. John Ramey seconded the motion. The motion unan-
imously carried.
Clarence Graves moved the application for pension filed by Lee T.
Byerly dated July 21, 1965, be approved and become effective as of
August 1, 1965. John Ramey seconded the motion. The motion unani-
mously carried.
Robert Dekker moved the Pension Board pay Mrs. Fred Anderson $100.00
for funeral expenses in connection with the death of retired fireman
Fred Anderson. John Ramey seconded the motion. The motion unanimously
carried.
The Secretary of the Pension Board presented the 1965 financial
statement. John Ramey moved the financial statement be approved
and accepted. Henry Dannels seconded the motion. The motion unani-
mously carried.
John Ramey suggested the Pension Board consider purchasing the pro-
posed bonds for the little Prospect Mountain sewer district. Mr.
Ramey also suggested that when these bonds become available for purchase,
that the Pension Board call a special meeting for the necessary approval.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
