Minutes of the July 2, 1963, meeting read and approved as read.
The Firemen's Pension Board reviewed in detail the actuarial submitted
by Coates, Herfurth and England.
V. L. McCracken moved that the applications submitted by G. E. Casey,
A. Fred Anderson, and W. J. Heubner be approved and granted as of
January 1, 1964, in the amount of $25.00 per month. These pensions
are made retro-active to January 1, 1964, because the formal appli-
cations were filed prior to this date. Elwin Noyes seconded the
motion. Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes.
Those voting "Yes" Members Ronald Brodie, Vic McCracken, Elwin
Noyes, and John Ramey. Those voting "No" none.
Elwin Noyes moved the following bills be approved for payment: The
Estes Park Bank, $28.83; C. F. Hix, Agent, $397.50; Hartwell and
Starkey, $40.00; and Coates, Herfurth and England, $400.00 (estimate).
Member John Ramey seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion
passed by the following votes. Those voting "Yes" Members Ronald
Brodie, Vic McCracken, Elwin Noyes, and John Ramey. Those voting
"No" none.
The Pension Board instructed the Clerk to check further with Coates,
Herfurth and England in regard to the al= Insurance Policy, Work-
man's Compensation Policy, and death benefits.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
