FIRE - STANLEY PARK:
The Committee recommends to the Board of Trustees that the insurance
settlement of $8,247.85 on the Stanley Park fire be accepted. The
Committee agreed to accept the offer to rebuild the two barns by James
Wilson for $10,000.00 as authorized by the Board of Trustees on April
10, 1972.
EAST RIVERSIDE STORM DRAINAGE:
The Committee authorized the Town Engineer to make the necessary arrange-
ments to complete this project. Total cost is estimated at $4,800.00.
PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS:
The Committee authorized the Town Engineer to proceed with parking lots
two and three as per the Public Works Committee minutes of March 22,
1972 by negotiating with various contractors. This authority was given
the Public Works Committee on March 31, 1972.
LAND TRANSFER - JELSEMA ESTATE:
Reference:- Public Works Committee meeting of February 16, 1972. The
attached drawing is recommended by the Committee as an acceptable land
trade with the Ted Jelsema estate.
NEW MUNICIPAL BUILDING:
The Committee recommends the Board of Trustees authorize the Committee
to proceed with architects conferences and other necessary planning to
complete preliminary plans for the new Municipal Building.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.

as shown on the recorded plat of Riverside Subdivision Addition to
the Town of Estes Park, Colorado described as follows: Beginning at
a point on. the South line of the NE1/4 of Section 25, Township 5 North,
Range 73 Nest of the 6th -P.M, from which the U.S. General Lard Office
brass cap 14 corner'marker bears North 89°38' Nest 118.89 feet; thence
along a curve to the left whose radial point bears North 37°06' Vest
115.0 feet a distance of 73.73 feet (resultant chord being North 34°
32° East 72.)7 feet) this point being marked by a Town of Estes Park
brass capped concrete post on the Easterly right of way of Nest
Riverside Drive Street; thence Southeasterly on a curve to the left
whose radial point bears North 84°251 East 100.0 feet a distance of
69.0 feet more or less (scaled from original plat) to its intersection
with the South line of the NE?-;; thence along this line North 89°
58° Nest 69.11 .feet to the point of beginning.
