Bernerd Dannels, Trustees Prosser and Petrocine Attending: Chairman H. Bernerd Dannels, Trustee Prosser Also Attending: Town Administrator Hill, Town Engineer Van Horn and Street Superintendent McCracken FIRE - STANLEY PARK: The Committee recommends to the Board of Trustees that the insurance settlement of $8,247.85 on the Stanley Park fire be accepted. The Committee agreed to accept the offer to rebuild the two barns by James Wilson for $10,000.00 as authorized by the Board of Trustees on April 10, 1972. EAST RIVERSIDE STORM DRAINAGE: The Committee authorized the Town Engineer to make the necessary arrange- ments to complete this project. Total cost is estimated at $4,800.00. PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS: The Committee authorized the Town Engineer to proceed with parking lots two and three as per the Public Works Committee minutes of March 22, 1972 by negotiating with various contractors. This authority was given the Public Works Committee on March 31, 1972. LAND TRANSFER - JELSEMA ESTATE: Reference:- Public Works Committee meeting of February 16, 1972. The attached drawing is recommended by the Committee as an acceptable land trade with the Ted Jelsema estate. NEW MUNICIPAL BUILDING: The Committee recommends the Board of Trustees authorize the Committee to proceed with architects conferences and other necessary planning to complete preliminary plans for the new Municipal Building.
