The Committee reviewed the various requests for street surfacing for the
year 1967.The Committee recommends that the Board of Trustees budget
$21,000.00 for street improvements for 1967.A detailed copy of the
street improvements is attached to these proceedings and made a part
thereof.
Superintendent McCracken presented a request for a new street flusher.
The Committee recommends $7500.00 be budgeted for this item for 1967.
Superintendent McCracken submitted a request for a new 1 ton dump truck.
The Committee recommends $2500.00 be budgeted for this item for 1967.
The Committee discussed a request from the owners of the Elkhorn Club
Estates Subdivision to erect an entrance way on Town property.The Com
mittee discussed the possibility of leasing on a year-to-year basis enough
land for the above purpose.No decision will be made on this subject
until such time as a detailed survey and plot plan of the entrance way is
received.
There being no further business,the meeting adjourned.
