Attending:Chairman John Rany,Trustee Brodie. P.150 attending:Superintendent V.L.McCracken,Accountant Lloyd Duncan King’a Restaurant LP Gas Tank: A surface LL gas tank across the river from the restaurant is acceptable by the State Inspector.Discussed and recommended for approval to the Board of Trustees providing an agreement can be made in regard to the restaurant paying all costs of installation.The agreement will be for a period of one year with option to renew. Prospect Mountain Access Road: The Bureau of Reclamation wants the Town of Bates Park to take over maintenance of the road from the corner of Peak View Drive and Devon Drive to the Big Thompson Water Plant.The Street Committee is in favor of negotiating a lease for an indefinite period of time.Access to this road will be controlled by the Town.This road is not in the Town limits of Bates Park,The Street Committee authorized V.L.McCracken to talk to Mr.John Pederson about securing another access route to the Water Plant. Plowing Snow,School Property: The School asks that the Street Departaent plow main traveled route inside the school property.The Street Committee refered this matter to the Town Board.The Street Committee recommends to the School that they install snow fence or shrubbery to prevent unnecessary drifting of snow. Stit Oiliig Manford Avenue: The Street Committee reconmnds the School Board budget one half the cost of oiling Manford Avenue from the South Saint Vram Avenue to the entrance of the High School,The Town will match funds budgeted by the School Board.The Committee requests approval from the Town Board for mutual oiling program. Dead End Roads: Discussion of dead end roads for plowing snow.No action taken. Sign School: Hohnholz letter read and discussed.Refered to the State or otherproperauthorityforpermissiontoplacesigns.Not Street Committeeproblem. Meeting adjourned. Uod Duncan,Accountant
