Attending:II tt It Mr0 George Noyes and Mr.Robert Tucker attended the meeting. Availability of future water: This subject discussed at length. Storer Ranch DevelopReut: The Committee recommends to the Board of Trustees that no commitment be made until more water is available. Tucker Swinni ng Pool: The Ccminittee recommends Mr.Tuckert s request f or a sxdnuning pool be granted.Pool to hold between twenty and twenty—two thousand gallons gallons of water. ip.ications for water service: E.H.Gray,Sunny Acres,requests permission to replace summer line tap with a winter line tap.Committee recommends approval. E.H.Gray requests permission to hook up an additional eight to ten trailors to Town water.Cosinittee recommends approval subject to regular out—of—town regulations and rates. Landon Developient: Located on So.St.Vram,possible 20 building sites.Committee recommends to the Board of Trustees that water service not be extended to this developaent until such time as more water is available.Also this proposed develouent i5 not adjacent to the Town limits. Black Canyon: The Committee recommends to the Board of Trustees that they start proceedings for enough ground (approx.2 acres)for a treatment plant and storage reservoir.A right of way for an access road is also requested. Sprinkling Regulations? The Committee decided to remove the sprinkling regulations as of this date. New Water 1Lant: The Committee recazends to the Board of Trustees that a warning signal and telephone be installed for the new plant.An estimate of $1,000.00 was mentioned for the warning signal.
