REED SUB1)IVISION:
Mr.J.C.Caidweil appeared before the committee and rec;uested Reed
Subdivision be included with Broadview Subdivision as a special contract
having water taps available.The Committee made no recornenclation.
This application ws referred to the Board of Trustees for decision.
APPLICATIONS FOR WATER:
Maude Williamson:Requests a free water tap in return for an easement
for a water line which has been in place mere than twenty (20)years.
The committee felt that due to the length of tire the line has been
in place no easement riU be needed.The Committee recommends the
application be refused.
L.I.QKeil-r:Eagle Cliff,BP 57.The Committee recommends this
application not be approved.Outside of Estes Park.
John Timothy Stone Cliff Association:Alicaton for fifteen units.
The applicant wants to connect to the Town main and have Town pressure
take water as far as possible and they will pump into their tanks for
the remainder of the distance.Outside of Estee Park.The Committee
recommends this application not be approv.d.
George Stiversont ag1e Cliff,Account No.B?170.Applications for
three imits.Outside of Estes Park.The Comraittcae recommends this
application not be approved.
Johnny Johnson:C.3.Russell property on Fish Creek.This is a reqpest
to use the tap for the Russell house that burned.The tap will be for a
different location but on the sarne property.The Committee recorminds
this application be approved.

The Water Committee recommends the proposed water ordinance be adopted
by the Board of Trustees.
PLJT OF !AT;R SUPPLY:
Superintendent Tallent reported the firm of Phillips—Carter and Osborn
is working on the preliminary engineering report and will have it ready
in the near future.
BLACK CANYON jPPj Y:
The survey of the road and water line is completed and now in the hands
of the Towns Attorney.

Superintendent Tailarit rojiests permission to meter Glacier Creek and
Black Canyon.These meters have been recommended by both C.H.Hoper
and Company and Phillips—Carter and Osborn.Estimated costs for each
system is )2OO to $lOO.The Committee reconnnds Town Board approval
for this project.
