Water Extensicn Policy: Town Clerk Verne Fanton presented a Water Extension Policy as per the copy attached.Water Committee approved this Water Extension Policy and recommends the Board of Trustees approve it at the next regular meeting. Carignan water contract: Providing ownership of the present mains involved in this contract can be determined to the satisfaction of the Town,the Water Committee recommends joint participation in this extension to the extent of 50% of the costs.This extension is for a 25 acre tract between Highway 262 and High Drive Road.Five hundred feet of 2tt main to connect t ed.sting mains will be needed to make this development available for water.The connecting of these two e2dsting mains will be a consider able asset to the Water Department.Individual applications for water in this area will be accepted or rejected depending upon ability to serve. 1955 Chevrolet Pickup: Superintendent V.L.McCracken informed the Committee the 1955 Chev. pickup fW—4)needs to be replaced.The Water Committee recommends local bids be requested for replacement of this vehicle.
