Lee Parker:Application for garage on Lot 9,Larimer Terminals. Application approved. Mrs.Iva Merkel:Application for five units 800’south of Reed subdivision.Application rejected —too high to serve. Ballrooms and Dance Halls: Mr.Gillen appeared before the Committee speaking in favor of changing the classification of Riverside from Restaurant to Miscellaneous Commercial.The Water Committee recommends to the Board of Trustees the following Base Rate be added to Urdinance No.172. Ballroom or Dance Hall.Jhere a separate room is maintained for the basic and primary purpose of dancing and serving beer or liquor,or both and with a seating capacity of not less than 100 and the dance floor is a mininrm of 800 square feet in area then the following base rate shall apply to that room only:per chair or counter stool,based on maximum seating capacity,4l.00. Outside Town,same,l.50. Lake Estes Motel Pool: Mr.Louis Caniay appeared before the Committee to discuss the algae problem he had with his pool this year.After considerable discus sion,the Water Committee decided to not assume any of the costs incurred in treating this problem,and that the Department could not admit liability. John Ezerski,Eagle Cliff.On Supt.McCracken’s recommendation,the Water Committee gave John Ezerski temporary approval on a pressure pump.This pump will relieve a pressure shortage until permanent changes can be made.
