Mrs.Dorothy C.Scott refused to grant the necessary right of way without a
free rural water tap permit. The Water Committee refused this permit.
Mr.and Mrs.Gilcrest have agreed to sign the right of way agreement for
an alternate route. We are awaiting a signed right of way agreement from
Mrs.Mary S.Spillman.A right of way to connect this main must be ob
tained from Miss MacGregor. This right of way is about six feet in length.
It was the decision of the Committee that some of the people living on
Devil’s Gulch might talk to Miss MacGregor about giving this right of way.
The delinquent water accounts were discussed. The Committee instructed that
water shut-off notices be sent on all 1964—1965 delinquent water accounts.
Superintendent McCracken reported Mr.Starr Yelland will give the Town
permission for a temporary water line. This line would give temporary
relief to the “Rickel”water line. The Committee instructed Superintendent
McCracken to check on the costs of a more permanent line to be located in
the Country Road right of way.
Mountain Valley Enterprises,Inc.has requested permission to transfer
water connect number four dated July 27,1965 from the Trailer Camp
sanitation building to the Manufacturing Plant in the same subdivision. The
Committee recommends this transfer be approved providing the applicants
pay the cost of voiding the recorded water agreement.
Superintendent McCracken reported that due to circumstances beyond his

completed some time this fall and will provide test metering during the
year 1966.
