The following rural water applications were approved:
Richard J.Stocker,residence,Lot 3,Division 9,High Drive Heights
--must connect to 4”main.
John Klein,residence,Division 2,High Drive Heights.
Anson L.Gray,residence,Lot 40,Stanley Heights Addition A.
E.D.Parton,2 residences,Lots 1 and 21,E.D.Parton Subdivision,
Beaver Point.
Elsie J.Hix,2 residences--No.1 location adjacent to the north of
the old Stanley Home on By-Pass #34;No.2 location adjacent to
the north of the old Frank Johnson home on By-Pass #34.
Ernest W.Rebman,2 residences Lots 15 and 16 Division 7,High Drive
Heights--must connect to 4”main.
Mountain Valley Enterprises Trailer Factory Plant,restrooms and fire
protection,Larimer Terminals.
Mountain Valley Enterprises,one residence,unit consisting of two
physically connected mobile homes,Lots 3 and 4,Block 4,Larimer
Terminals.This permit is to replace a prior permit approved for
a trailer court sanitation building.The sanitation building will
not be constructed.Tap No.4 dated July 27,1965 to be transferred
to the above application.
Sam A.Luce,Medical Center and one residence mile west of the Town
limits on Spur #66,application extended for one year.
Kenneth Whipperman,residence,Lot 1 Far View Acres.
The following rural water applications were rejected:
Hal Hancock,36-unit condominium and 50 unit lodge west of Workshire
Cottages on Fall River.Above allowable limits of elevation.
Glenn Bufkin,Eagle Cliff,one residence.Distribution system inade
quate in this area.Elevation borderline is 7,850 feet.
Mrs.Charles F.Henderson,one residence above the Cliffs Association
on the Tunnel Road.Above allowable elevation.
E.R.Anderson,Wonderview Cottages,High Drive,17 units.Above
allowable elevation.
The Fish Creek Park,Inc.owners and developers of the old Sanborn property
appeared before the Committee for the purpose of discussing serving domestic
water to the above mentioned area.This group was represented by Mr.Eugene
L.Padon,Consulting Engineer,and Mr.Melvin Dinner,Attorney at Law.This
property consists of 600+acres approximately 1/3 of which lies above 7,850
feet elevation.The subdividers propose to develop this into approximately
860 ½-acre residential sites.The Fish Creek Park,Inc.group requests the
Town consider serving the entire area and installing a water pumping station
to serve the area above the elevation of 7,850 feet.After considerable
discussion,the Water Committee recommends to the Town Board that the Town
Engineers of Phillips-Carter-Osborn be contacted for their consultation and
advice in regard to this entire water project.The Committee suggests that
the Water Superintendent,Town Clerk,and one member of the Water Committee
meet with Consulting Engineer Eugene I.Padon and the Town’s engineers,

Phillips-Carter-Osborn in Denver at the earliest possible date.
The Water Committee approved the purchase 800 feet of 2”galvanized steel
pipe for the Hayden water system.
There being no further business,the meeting adjourned.
