RURAL WATER APPLICATIONS:
Robert DeYoung:One rural residence located in northern
most site,Tract A,Part of Blocks 7 and
12,Ferguson Subdivision.The Conunittee
recommends approval.
John C.Gere:One rural residence located in Tract B,
Part of Blocks 7 and 12,Ferguson Sub
division.The Committee recommends
approval.
Rock Ridge Development:One rural residence located in the
southernmost site,Tract A,Part of
Blocks 7 and 12,Ferguson Subdivision.
The Committee recommends approval.
David Binns:Extension for one year of two applica
tions previously submitted under the
name of V.T.Wigglesworth expiring
November 13,1971.The Committee re
commends granting extension.
BLUE CHIP COTTAGES -HAZEL BRADSHAW:
Mrs.Bradshaw requested permission to remove meters and to be billed on
a flat rate basis due to a misunderstandingof the metered rate.The
Committee recommends granting permission for flat rate billing and agrees
to repurchase four meters after Mrs.Bradshaw has them removed by a
plumber.
EARLY METER READING COMPLAINTS:
Letters from Hobby Horse Motor Lodge and Holiday Motel are on file pro
testing the early reading prior to the July 1st meter reading.Meters
for these two customers were read seven days early on June 24th.The
Committee recommends a credit calculation for customers exceeding mini
mum usage based on the actual usage days preceding July 1st and calculated
for the number of days of early reading.
CHARLES HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION:
Town Engineer William Van Horn reported in detail on the potential of
serving the Charles Heights Subdivision after installation of the new
18”pipline.Serving additional customers is marginal with the existing
facilities.

The Committee instructed Superintendent McCracken and Town Engineer
Van Horn to suggest a policy recommendation for future water connects
to be presented at the next meeting.
GLACIER CREEK PIPE LINE:
Town Administrator Hill presented a letter from Phillips,Carter,Reister
and Associates,Inc.,written to McStain Corporation listing determinations
why the contractor should continue with the pipe line rather than stop all
work until April 1972 before completing the remaining 300 feet of 18”pipe
line.
THE BOND AGENCY:
Town Administrator Hill presented a letter from John W.Ramey,Broker,
requesting damages concerning a misunderstanding as to location of a
main supplying water to Lot 3,Block 10,Country Club Manor Addition.
The Committee recommends advising Mr.Ramey that his request has been
refused.
DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM PLANNED GROWTH:
The Committee tabled discussion of Master Plan,Priority A in 1972 until
the next meeting.
There being no further business,the meeting adjourned.
