RURAL WATER APPLICATIONS:

WATER LEAKS FOR METERED WATER:
One year extension for one rural
residence located on a portion of
Lots 12 and 13,Stanley Heights
“A”Subdivision.The Committee
recommends approval.
Water leaks causing excessive usage were discussed for the Recreation
District Office,Crags Lodge,Arland Holmes and Robert Korte.The
Committee tabled the matter for further study instructing Office Manager
Duncan to check with a number of cities to obtain their policy concern
ing leakage on the customer’s side of the meter.The Committee in
structed Mr.Lynn Kinnie to install a pressure reducer on the service
line serving Rocky Mountain Drive In Liquor,Recreation District Office
and Big “T”Electric as required by the Municipal Code.
WATER EXTENSION REPORT:
Town Administrator Hill reported on the status of the following water
extensions:
1.Loftus -Country Club Manor -
2.Hall &Assoc.—Grand Estates
3.Bacon -High Pines -
4.Bigler -Cunnuorrah Sub.-
5.Fisher -Country Club Manor -
6.Whittaker -Country Club Manor
Deeded to Town.

Deed returned for corrections.

SETTLING PONDS -GLACIER CREEK AND BLACK CANYON:
Town Administrator Hill reported that Western States Construction Company
is preparing a bid price for the Town.
FINAL PAYMENT TO MCSTAIN CORP.FOR GLACIER CREEK PIPELINE:
Town Administrator Hill presented
which has been approved by H.U.D.
and instructed Town Administrator
AWA MEMBERSHIP DUES:
the final statement on the pipeline
The Committee recommends approval
Hill to proceed with payment.
Superintendent McCracken presented a statement for membership dues in
the amount of $75.00 and a request for a contribution to be applied
toward moving headquarters from New York to Denver.The Committee
recommends approval of the membership fee only.

T.A.ROBINSON WATER RIGHTS FEE:
The Committee instructed Business Office Manger Duncan to check with
Larimer County for a building permit from which a water rights fee will
be determined,and instructed Superintendent McCracken to determine the
source of supply for the lake located near the residence.Both will
report back to the Committee at the next meeting.
There being no further business,the meeting adjourned.
