DEATS EXTENSION CONTRACT:
The Water Committee recommends to the Board of Trustees that the Town
enter into a standard water extension contract with Mr.Steven A.Deats
for lots 12 &13,block 7,Country Club Manor.The special tap fee to
be collected under this agreement will be $797.54.
BUREAU OF RECLAMATION PENSTOCK TAP:
The Water Committee recommends to the Board of Trustees that the Town
participate with the School and Recreation Districts in the engineering
and tap construction on the Bureau of Reclamation penstock.
The Committee recommends the Town pay 1/3 of the cost of the engineering
design ($1,608)and pay its share of the cost of constructing the tap on
the following basis:
School 6%....$600
Recreation 28%....2,800
District
Town 66%....6,600
$10 ,000
The Committee also recommends the three agencies enter into an agree
ment setting forth the amounts of water each shall be entitled to from
this tap.These amounts of water shall be equal to the above figures
subject to such small changes that may occur during the design.
There being no further business,the meeting adjourned.
