BISSELL -REQUEST FOR WATER EXTENSION -DEVIL’S GULCH ROAD:

neighborhood on Devil’s Gulch Road. The Committee advised Mr.Bissell
that the waterline presently serving a portion of the Devil’s Gulch
Road area would not be capable of handling an increased load. Also,
an engineering study, financed by those who would be served, would be
needed to determine the necessary water system improvements and design.
The Committee directed the staff to obtain an estimate of the cost of
the engineering study and Mr.Bissell volunteered to obtain the number
of potential users in his neighborhood.
LIENEMANN -PUMPING STATION ANNUAL RATE AGREEMENT:
Mr.D.A.Lienemann appeared stating his objection to the Fall River
Estates pumping agreement because it did not contain a termination
date for the annual maintenance fees.Mr.Lienemann submitted a packet
of information containing an analysis of a proposed schedule incorpo
rating a termination date. The Committee referred this material to the
Town’s consulting water engineer for his recommendation.
ORDINANCE REGARDING WATER METER INSTALLATIONS:
The Committee reviewed and recommends a proposed ordinance which will
update the Municipal Code to coincide with all metered use.

Updated cost figures reveal an increased cost of approximately $50 over
our current plant development and water rights fees for a single family
residence.Exact figures for a proposed increase in these fees will be
presented at the next meeting.
