NCWCD TEMPORARY USE PERMIT: The Committee recommends renewing the temporary use permit for 55 units of CBT water at a cost of $5 per unit or $275 total. FROZEN WATERLINE -HIGH PINES SUBDIVISION: Property owners in the High Pines Subdivision upgraded their road which was damaged from the flood storm.In doing so,they partially exposed the existing waterline causing it to freeze.Thawing the waterline will cost approximately $600.A letter was received from Town Attorney Phipps stating that it is the responsibility of the High Pines property owners to repair the damage and to correct the situation.Although the responsibility is established,there are problems with enforcing the repair and lowering of the waterline.Approximately 700 feet of waterline has to be lowered at a possible cost of $10/ft.The Committee recommends determining which property owners are responsible and con sulting with the Town Attorney prior to further action. RESIDENTIAL METERING: Letters explaining the water meter system,procedures,and deadlines are being printed and will be mailed to unmetered customers during the second week of February. WATERLINE DEEDS -COUNTRY CLUB MANOR: Estes Park Realty submitted a deed and copies of paid bills to a 411 waterline which it installed along Elm Street in Country Club Manor. The Committee recommends accepting ownership of the waterline. RockrRidge Development Corporation submitted a deed and copy of the paid bill to a waterline extension in Aspen Avenue within Country Club Manor.The Committee recommends accepting ownership of the waterline. 1977 MUNICIPAL SUBDISTRICT ASSESSMENT: The Committee recommends paying the 1977 assessment of Estes Park for the Windy Gap Project in the amount of $49,333.33 (40 units @ $1,233.33 per unit). 00 00 BRADFORDPUBLISHINGCO.,DENVER RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS 100 LEAVES Water Committee February 3,1977 Page Two (2) NEW “REQUEST FOR WATER SERVICE”FORM: The Committee recommends adopting the new application form for re questing water service.The new form includes the following signed statement: The undersigned assumes responsibility for any and all engineering and legal costs incurred by the Town in processing this request for water.
