Committee:Chairman Wagner,Trustees Dannels and Rumley Attending:All Also Attending:Town Administrator Hill,Water Superintendent McCracken, Finance Officer Duncan,Accountant Daniels RURAL WATER APPLICATIONS: SWEET PROPERTIES -WILDLIFE ESTATES -Tom Brown and Seymour Graham appeared before the Committee asking if Town water could be supplied to the 41 proposed single family units on the Sweet property located east of Carriage Hills,and if so,what would be required to connect to the system.The Committee informed them that water would be avail able provided that their water system design is approved by the Town’s consulting engineer and that the system is installed in accordance with all Town specifications and requirements. HANS AND MARIE WAGNER -LOT 31,CHARLES HEIGHTS -request service to their residence located on Lot 31,Charles Heights.The Committee recommends approval provided that the lot is annexed into the NCWCD. ROBERT McCRELE$S -LOT 7,CHARLES HEIGHTS -requested service to his residence located on Lot 7,Charles Heights.The Committee recommends approval. HELMS -BLACK CANYON PLANT ROAD ACCESS: A letter dated October 26,1978 was received from Jim Helms requesting the Town’s permission to use the Black Canyon Plant Road as access to his property located near MacGregor Ranch.Mr.Helms had contacted Albion Carlson regarding use of the road and had been advised to con tact the Town also since it has an easement.The Committee recommends a letter be forwarded toMr.Helms stating that the Town has no objections. WATER USE REPORT FOR OCTOBER 1978: Water use during the month of October 1978 shows a 22%decrease from October 1977 and a 30.5%decrease from September 1978.
