E.J.&N.J.FRIEHE requested water service for a single family resi dence located on Lots 1 &2,Block 5,Ferguson Subdivision.The lots are above the blue line and would require a 6”waterline extension from the intersection of Marys Lake Road and East Riverside Drive.The Committee recommends the request be denied. DR.VIRGINIA FLOYD requested service for Lots 7 &8,Division 6,High Drive Heights to serve two single family dwellings.The Committee recommends approval subject to a 6”waterline being extended to the property line. LEONARD &SHIRLEY KRUSS requested service for a single family dwelling located on Lots 20,21,and 22,Olympus Heights Subdivision.The Committee recommends approval. WATER STUDY -UPPER FALL RIVER AREA (HARMONY RANCH): The water distribution study originally requested by Mr.Spomer re garding water service to the upper Fall River area including Harmony Ranch has been completed and was reviewed by the Committee. WATER USE DURING JUNE 1979: June water use showed a 49%increase over May 1979 and a 3%increase over June 1978. BIG THOMPSON TREATMENT PLANT WASTE WATERLINE: The waste waterline from the Big Thompson treatment plant will no longer carry waste water to the golf course.The Estes Park Sanitation District has agreed to handle the waste water on a temporary basis.The Committee recommends the Town’s consulting water engineer research alternative solutions regarding this problem. REQUEST FROM CROWLEY TO LOWER DEVILS GULCH SUMMER WATERLINE: David Crowley requested the Town lower the summer waterline which is currently serving only Mr.Wood’s and his residences and he would,in turn,lower his service line.If approved,this request would require the Town to lower approximately 900 feet of 2”waterline.The Committee recommends the request be denied.
