FALL RIVER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS: The Committee reviewed proposed improvements to the Fall River Treatment Plant (which are attached to these minutes)as submitted by DMJM—Phillips. Reister.Haley,Inc.These improvements have received approval from the State and County Health Departments and the Committee recommends pro ceeding immediately with their implementation. REPORTS: Water Superintendent McCracken reported that the test drilling along Big Horn Drive revealed an area of rock approximately 50’—100’in length.Specifications for the Big Horn Drive waterline are ready and the Town will begin advertising for bids as soon as possible. January 1980 water use showed a 2%increase over December 1979 but a 40%decrease from January 1979.Superintendent McCracken explained that these water use figures indicate a possible meter malfunction in the Black Canyon Water Treatment plant.
