BIG THOMPSON PLANT ACCESS ROAD EASEMENT ACROSS PEDERSEN PROPERTY:
Lucia Liley, granddaughter of Dagmar Pedersen, appeared before the
Committee requesting reconsideration of making the access road to the
Big Thompson plant a private easement rather than a public easement.
She explained that the original intent was for the road to be private
with the Town having access to the treatment plant.Several of the
neighbors were present and expressed their desire that the road easement
be private. The Committee recommends the 14’road easement be changed
to a private easement and that the Pedersens prepare the documents
for the Town Attorney’s review and approval.
1982 BUDGET:
The Committee reviewed again the first draft of the 1982 Water Depart
ment budget.
RURAL WATER APPLICATIONS:
RON HENNINGSEN submitted a request for water service to his property
located on Fall River Road.Because the property is located above
the blue line, the Committee recommends approval subject to the
Henningsens being responsible for installing and maintaining a pump
if necessary. The Committee also recommends this application be approved
subject to annexation of the property.
ROBERT ROBERTSON submitted a request for water service to Lots 36 and
37,Charles Heights.Because portions of the property are located
above the blue line, the Committee recommends approval subject to the
Robertsons being responsible for installing and maintaining a pump
if necessary.
REPORTS:
AUGUST 1981 water use showed a 14%decrease from July 1981 and a 30%
decrease from August 1980.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
