This committee meeting was called to discuss the inlet to the Fall

The costs of the temporary pumping arrangement ($31,000),along with
projected operating costs ($7,500 per year),were reviewed at length.
It is the opinion of the committee that the permanent inlet should
be constructed as soon as possible.
Mr.Robert Kemp indicated the cost of the permanent diversion structure
and pipeline could cost as mudh as $125,000.
Disaster Recovery Manager Kistner discussed possible financial
assistance grants from both the Federal and State governments.
The committee recommends the Water Department proceed with whatever
steps are necessary to construct the permanent diversion structure
and pipeline as soon as possible.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
