REPORTS:
Munchiando Construction has agreed to complete the water line
installations by May 15,1984 and has entered into a written
agreement stating the same. The Town has retained $4,000 in
payment subject to the completion.
December 1983 water use showed a +44.36%increase from November
1983 anc a +2.10%increase from December 1982.The total percent
of water accounted for as of December 13,1983 is 64.35%.Bob
Richards indicated that he has asked both water plants to monitor
their water use figures to see if they compare with the Towns.
Prospect Estates Water Agreement —acceptance:Superintendent
Richards stated that he had inspected the Prospect Estates
Pumping Station and it did not pass due to some electrical
problems.Superintendent Richards stated the Town would require
electrical drawings as well a one—year warranty on the system
prior to acceptance by the Town.Administrator Hill stated that
Don Spomer had previously agreed that no one would connect to the
system until it was completed. The Committee recommends again
that no connections be allowed until the system is accepted by
the Town.Town Attorney Greg White will prepare the acceptance
agreement transferring ownership to the Town, which will provide
for the utility right-of-ways.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
