Staff will continue to monitor this study. Platte River Power Authority Report.Ass’t.Administrator Widmer briefed the Committee on PRPA activities:work has begun on the 1993 Budget which is currently $138 Million.Should Amendment #1 (Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights)pass,PRPA has been advised that they will not be affected as they are a true enterprise fund, issuing bonds in their name.PRPA has hired a managing underwriter to provide financial assistance pertaining to the bond market.
