COMMITTEE:Brodie -Tregent -Petrocine -Sweetland -Bailey
ATTENDING:
OLD BUSINESS:
1.Sweetland reported to the Cousnittee that it was impossible to estimate
the cost of repair to the bathroom floor of the large house at the plant.
The work is being completed however on the basis of actual requirements.
2.Committee was informed that preventative maintenance on the substation
has been completed.This work was under the supervision of Mr.Don Woods,
of Westinghouse Electric Company.
3.Sweetland reported to the Committee that the two-way radio bay station
has now been moved to the top of Little Prospect Mountain.According to
Sweetland,coverage has been greatly improved.The Town has its own
separate station.
NEW BUSINESS:
1.Some discussion was entered into regarding inventory proceedure beginning
January 1st,1967.Sweetland explained to the Committee that it may be
necessary to provide metal bins for some hardware items.The Committee
suggested that the cost be predetermined.
There being no further business,the meeting was adjourned.
