The Committee went over the first draft of the 1976 budget.
P.R.P.A.REPORT:
Director Dekker discussed briefly items in the July 23,1975 P.R.P.A.
Board Minutes.On Friday,September 19th,there will be a Yampa Pro
ject tour for city councils to see the Craig plant site.The current
schedule on a bond closing for the sale of the P.R.P.A.bonds should
be on or about September 10th.
CURRENT INFORMATION ITEMS:
a.)Vehicles
1.)The 4 ND Ford service truck was shipped from the factory on
July 31,1975 and should be delivered soon.The utility body
for the truck is in stock in Denver.
2.)Line truck specifications have been established.
dealers have demonstrated their units and quoted
prices.Further investigation will be made.
Several

The committee requests more information before making a decision.

Finance Officer Duncan requested authorization to purchase a calculator
