P.U.C.HEARING:
The Public Utilities Commission has not rendered a decision yet
on the rate increase,however,a final decision is expected within
a week or two.
MARY’S LAKE SUBSTATION:
In tapping the Bureau of Reclamation’s 115 KV line,it was reported
that modifications will be required including a voltage breaker
costing approximately $50,000.
PROSPECT MOUNTAIN ROAD:
Director Dekker and Town Administrator Hill met with Mr.Heron,his
attorney,and other concerned entities regarding the use of the
Prospect Mountain Road.The existing rights of each use and partici
pation in maintenance of the road were discussed but no decision
was reached.
P.R.P.A.:
Official reports of the Platte River Power Authority Electric Revenue
Bonds,Series B were distributed for review.
REPORTS:
Retreat property owners are organizing efforts to have the power
installation completed at an approximate cost of $80,000.
Thirty new applications for power have been received as compared to
six received last year.
There being no further business,the meeting adjourned.
